Job Description

Contract Admin Office Secretary Assistant
Duration: 1 year Contract
Location: Orchard, 5 days
Duties:

  • Maintain office for daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth flow
  • Ensure office equipment and supplies is well maintained and operational
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractor and service providers including cleaning service and building management and landlord
  • Ensure Compliance of Office health, safety and security regulations
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and office protocols
  • Assist in planning and executing meetings and events.
Possess:
  • Secretarial skills - ability to manage schedules, correspondence and confidential matters
  • Organizational skill - handling office operations and secretarial support including filing and tracking status of projects.
  • Handles sensitive information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
