Responsibilities:

  • Material procurement support - coordinate with procurement team to ensure material orders requisitions are processed on time.
  • Compiling project progress reports from each project (from PM/LE) and uploading into a common shared folder.
  • Tracking of TS submission for each member in the team.
  • Supporting PM/LE to submit goods receiving for invoices and coordinating with the store supervisor on DO/Invoices.
  • Supporting logistic arrangements for goods delivery (domestic or international).
  • Supporting food catering arrangements during customer visits or events.
  • Supporting PM/LE to prepare Project HSE standard documentation.
  • Supporting logistic arrangements for overseas assignees working in Singapore on hotel/apartment reservations.
  • Supporting projects to arrange HSE training (BIOSET, SSIC, SIC, Medical Appt) for Engineers on site assignments.
  • Supporting office-based procurement activities (filing, printing services, stationery, tools).
  • Supporting PM/LE to book and arrange meeting rooms.
  • Supporting PM/LE to arrange/perform errands (COC submission, VISA, etc.\xe2\x80\xa6).
