Handling of Production Orders from Law Enforcement Agencies and ensure fulfilment in line with Operating Manual.

Retrieval of documents / statements for fulfilment and liaise with internal stakeholders where necessary and prepare correspondences in relation to Production Orders.

Participate and contribute in process improvement initiatives.

Prepare assessment on production orders and obtain approvals from team lead/senior members where further investigation warrants.

Participate in system enhancements/projects.

Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree holder with 2-3 years of consumer banking operation experience.

Strong interpersonal & communication skills - spoken & written.

Good analytical skills.

Meticulous with an eye for detail, organized with good problem-solving skills.

Good planning & organizing capability, ability to multi-task.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Bank's Core operating systems will be an added advantage.

Good attitude and eagerness to learn.
