Seeking for a Contract Analyst who has minimum 3 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in Commodities industry

They are one of the esteemed names in the Commodities industry. Currently, they are expanding their operations in the market and are looking for an experienced Contract Analyst seeking for aspiring career in this industry!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft physical contracts based on deals
Review contracts from counterparties
Advice any necessary amendments and ensure corrections are indicated in the contracts
Work closely with Traders, Operators, Finance and other relevant departments
Any other ad-hoc or involvement in Projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
Minimum 3 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in Commodities industry
Excellent writing skills, attentive to details, proactive and organized
