The purpose of this position is to take on various duties and responsibilities in areas such as perform application tests in various food applications, analytics, reporting, and housekeeping. You will also operate and maintain analytical equipment in the innovation lab.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with R&D specialist to solve technical issue from customer by performing lab and pilot trials
Supports and assists more senior scientists during exploration phase of research and risk identification
Understand the general scientific methodology and accurately uses scientific terminology to contribute to the development of analytical modeling tools and methods
Conduct tests on finished products
Follow standard operating procedures with regards to all operational activities
Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
College diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Food Sciences and related field of studies
At least 1 year of working experience in providing support in a laboratory environment
Familiarly with related category / lab equipment will also be an added advantage
