We are looking for temporary care coordinators to be outsourced to our clients.
Job description
- Working closely with doctors and nurses to promote healthy living
- Educating patients to understand the importance of preventive health such as foot, eye, health screenings and vaccinations.
- Screening patients for mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.
- Providing education to patients on home self-monitoring, performing vision testing and basic assessments.
- Engage and communicate well with people
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Working experience in healthcare preferred, but no exp OK (training will be provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum A level / Diploma
