Description
We are hiring Contract Customer Service Associate and Admin (Healthcare) to be outsourced to many reputable healthcare organisations!
:
- Organise and process data to generate report
- Perform data entry
- Attend to customer enquiries/feedback on the healthcare services
- Liaise with patient and stakeholders on delivery of the service
- Listen, engage and empathise to clarify and understand patient/stakeholder needs
- Maintain high level of customer engagement to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Registration of visitors/ patients at the counter
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 5.5 Days OR
- 5 Days
- Min. N Levels and above
- Candidates with some customer service/admin /healthcare experience will be preferred
- Can commit 3-6 months
- Need to cope with OT if needed
