Contract Digital Ambassador
Duration: Asap till 31 Mar 2024
Location: (Near Toa Payoh MRT)
Monday - Friday: 9.15 am to 4.45 pm; Every Saturday: 9.15 am to 12.15 pm (0.5 rest day per week, only on weekday)
Jobscope:
- Objective - To be based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking
- Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions over SSTs/ IB
- SMM functions (including but not limited to crowd control, ensure safe-entry and any other SMM that may be required from time to time)
- Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
- Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
- Candidates must be comfortable to be standing the whole day
- Dresscode: Plain Black top with dark coloured jeans/pants
- Dynamic and pro-active (not afraid to take initiative to approach customers)
