How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive, flexible, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. You'll work closely with our HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in driving success.
What you do
You support expense, budget and scholarship administration.
You help coordinate and track compliance with mandatory regulatory requirements and internal risk controls for the department to mitigate our risks and exposures.
You also look after the operations of the Lounge @ 6th Floor, scheduling colleagues who work there.
Who you are
You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Meticulous about data and information
Can take initiative and ownership of tasks and projects
Have a positive attitude
