Qualification:

• ACCA / Degree in Accountancy / Finance or relevant field.
• With minimum 3 years experience in related field.
• Excellent communication & organization skill, MNC experience preferred.
• Excellent problem solving & analyzing capacities.
• Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to change
• Proficient in Advance Words, Power Point, Excel - Pivot Table & V - Look up / SharePoint etc.
  

• Ability to handle tax compliance
• Responsible for month end closing, analysis of the financial information and reconciliation of balances against supporting document(s)/information
• Responsible for preparing financial analysis for a business unit includes detailed analysis of actual performance against budget and forecast
• Responsible for preparing schedules for consultants (auditors and tax agent) for statutory matters
• Execute certain finance projects
• Month end closing
• Compiles, consolidates, and conducts basic analysis of accounting and finance information
• Makes accounting adjustments through appropriate journal entries
• Assists with monthly and annual account reconciliations and close activities
• Examines a variety of financial statements and transactions for completeness and internal accuracy
• Financial Planning Analysis for a business unit
• Prepares analyses and reports for stakeholder(s)
• Works with assigned organisational unit to develop expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting
• Prepares statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis
• Statutory work (audit, tax compliance and GST
• Responsible for timely and accurate preparation schedules for statutory work
