Conduct Interview and assessment in English or Chinese language to qualify foreign workers suitability for the job. 3. Process work pass application, renewal and termination for foreign workers. 4. Prepare foreign workers employment contract and termination letters 5. Prepare and conduct employee onboarding and offboarding process. 6. Draft communication notices and letters 7. Perform translation of documents for foreign workers. 8. Perform interpreter role 9. Conduct orientation, briefing and training on Company policies and procedures in 10. Conduct periodic inspection of foreign workers place of residence. 11. Assist managers and supervisors on disciplinary matters. 12. Assist employees on grievance matters. 13. Process foreign workers payroll, including verification of overtime work and attendance. 14. Administer employees benefits. 15. Any other HR and Administration task that may be assigned from time to time. Job Specification 1. Diploma in human resource management, business administration or equivalent qualification. 2. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment. 3. Experienced in drafting and translating documents 4. Good communication, presentation and training skills. 5.
