Description
- Provide support in HR Talent Management, covering administering of the talent management initiatives and talent pool and at the cluster level.
- The role will involve working closely with institutions and various stakeholders on talent identification, development and engagement initiatives at the operational and tactical levels. This include nominations for development / leadership initiatives and programmes, database management and system roll-out.
- The key working partners include talent management colleagues from institutions, with some exposure to ministry and external training coordinators.
(a) Education/Training/Experience 5
- Recognized Polytechnic Diplomas of any discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and organized work behavior.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
- Must have initiative and able to handle multiple task concurrently.
