Assist Insurance Department with administrative duties
on motor and general insurance.
Handles motor insurance sales.
Liaise with insurance companies and internal/external customers with regards to new/renewal quotations and issuance.
Proper updating of transactions into system accurately and keeping up-to-date records.
Compliance with industry practice for documentation and records.
Manage emails and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate to process insurance documentation.
Display ethical conduct and practice in all business dealings.
Maintain high service standards and accuracy in policy documentation.
Ensure requirements of the customer and the company are met.
Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' level cert and above with 2 year(s) of working experience in the similar role / related field.
Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP,Comgi,PGi) will have an added advantage.
