Contract Laboratory Salary: 2300 Duation: 12 month Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday Office hour Location: biopolis : Perform routine mammalian cell maintenance, cell-based assays Contract Laboratory Salary: 2300 Duation: 12 month Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday Office hour Location: biopolis : Perform routine mammalian cell maintenance, cell-based assays and molecular biology work Perform various cell-based and biochemical assays, microbiology and molecular biology experiments for various projects which may include and not limited to the following techniques: RNA/DNA extraction, qualification, and quantitation PCR/qPCR/RT-PCR and gel electrophoresis Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Support researchers and scientists in validation studies of the above experiments according to GLP requirements Preparation of samples and extractions for further biological and bio-analytical testing.
