In your new role you will:
- Execute and meet on time delivery commitment towards internal and external customers while optimizing Overall Equipment Efficiency
- Proactively involve in operational support and drive improvements in key areas on WIP flow and Cycle time management
- Perform gap analysis, highlight iss ues and seek support for potential risks on meeting key performance indicators
- Close interface with Production, Equipment Engineering, Demand Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Factory Integration teams to ensure production capacity is optimized
- Development of leading indicators through visual analytics and data mining to support production
- Projects: \xe2\x80\x9cBIC Cycle-time\xe2\x80\x9d; \xe2\x80\x9cPredictive WIP Model\xe2\x80\x9d
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management
- Highly skilled in data mining and project management
- Knowledge of Production Management such as FIFO, LIFO, Kanban and Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Possess strong presentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong passion for data analysis and analytics using advanced tools
- Proficient in Business Objects, Tableau and VBA programming skills will be an advantage
- Able to commit to 24-month contract period. Payroll is under 3rd party vendor company
