How you create impact

• Order Fulfilment: Accurately process and manage customer orders in SAP to support daily warehouse activities.
• Customer Liaison: Serve as the key contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Documentation Management: Handle inbound and outbound documentation efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Process Compliance: Ensure all customer service activities comply with SOPs, SLAs, and regulatory standards.
• Inventory Coordination: Support regular cycle counts, stock accuracy reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Value-Added Services: Coordinate repacking, relabeling, and other client-specific instructions with operational teams.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Follow and promote strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, ideally within contract logistics or supply chain.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP (Order processing, inventory transactions, documentation).
• Familiar with warehouse operations and WMS is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
