- Responsible for scheduling appointments, promoting hospital services, handling enquires and feedback.
- Supporting service operations and deployment to improve customers\' experience.
- Must stay near woodlands, as it is located at woodlands
- Must be resilient, fast, adaptive, and able to multi task
- Must have customer service experience
