Responsibilities

Lead the

post-contract administration

process for civil, piling, ground engineering projects, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

Review, interpret, and negotiate

contract terms, conditions, and variations in accordance with company policies and relevant contract law. Provide

contractual and legal advice

to project and management teams to minimize commercial risks and safeguard company interests. Draft and review

letters, notices, and correspondence

relating to contractual issues, extensions of time (EOT), and claims. Monitor project progress and commercial performance to identify potential risks or disputes early. Manage

change orders, variations, and claims

in line with contractual procedures. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and external legal advisors on contractual and commercial matters. Ensure all documentation, records, and communications comply with contractual and legal requirements. Support internal audits, dispute resolution, and contract close-out processes. Contribute to the continual improvement of contract management procedures, templates, and best practices.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Law

, or related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in contract administration or commercial management within construction or infrastructure-related works. Strong working knowledge of

contract law, SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC

, and other standard forms of contract.
