Job Description


What the role is:

As consumers become increasingly savvy with digital platforms, it is essential for STB to be up-to-date and relevant to the needs of our target audience across their travel journey. The VisitSingapore.com leisure website (VS.com) serve as the primary destination portal to international visitors in encouraging discovery and engagement of our offerings. The website is one with global presence, serving all STB\'s key markets and available in 8 languages.

The manager will be responsible for shepherding the roadmap roll-out for VS.com channel, primarily towards the scale up of the website revamp across both our English and native language sites. You will oversee the channel\'s success through driving efficiencies, engagement, scale, agility and in partnership with the VisitSingapore App and Visitor Experience teams, while championing for effective changes to keep up with the volatility of landscape.

What you will be working on:

  • Operationalise critical iterations to achieve the desired user experience, meeting key business/marketing outcomes and future-proofing towards progression of digital technology and prevalent user behaviour. To be successful, you will need strong project management and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the below workstreams and expected outcomes alongside internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the ongoing review of
\'s information architecture, UI and integration with existing/ new tech stack- and scaling the revamp across our 8 language websites by partnering with our development partners to bring them to fruition, taking into account security, policy and data requirements. * Analyse site analytics and data segments to identify meaningful optimisation plans for the website, as well as to achieve a more personalised and contextual user experience
  • Platform and project lead in overseeing good security housekeeping, tech stack training and consult, execution of user acceptance testing, update of content/meta content via designated CMS including coding.
What we are looking for:

Competencies
  • Background in overseeing web channels and software products with focus on developing a holistic channel strategy to optimize against business objectives. E.g. enhancement of IA, UX/UI (front-end and back-end) for responsive websites, scaling up ecosystem with relevant tech stacks, creating new user purpose and experience through new technologies and betas, etc. Experience in web front/ backend development is a plus.
  • Demonstrate ability in establishing/administering best practices and principles for site design, cross devices/screens/operating systems/servers/tech stacks/web environments
Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong experience as a product manager working with various audience segments/end-users
  • Strong experience in leveraging data and analytics to solve business problems
  • Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and using key collaboration tools
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools, and other relevant tech stack (e.g. CMS, CRM, etc.) in the enhancement of UX/UI and overall site/content deliveries
  • Direct experience of managing Adobe Experience Cloud (including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge for Search Engine Optimisation
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in multi-market and agencies management
  • Strong communication and presentations skills
  • Passion for technology and digital marketing
  • A strong team player with proven track record
Experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in website development/management, preferably managing a large scale global digital channel
  • Dip/ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Communication Design, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
