Contract Manager (LTA Projects)
Location:
West / Bukit Batok area, SingaporeWorking Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Salary Package:
Up to $10,000 basic Transport allowance (to be discussed during interview) $70 monthly phone allowance Variable bonus
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Contract Manager
to oversee contract and cost management for LTA infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the project progresses smoothly, within budget, and in compliance with LTA requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all
pre- and post-contract
administration related to LTA projects Reviewcontract terms
, technical drawings, and specifications Prepare and evaluatevariation orders
,claims
, andprogress payment
applications Liaise withLTA officers
, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual issues Monitor and controlproject cost, budget, and cash flow
Provide soundcontractual advice
and support to the project team Ensure fullcompliance
with LTA regulations and internal company policiesRequirements:
Degree in
Quantity Surveying
,Civil Engineering
, or related discipline Minimum5 years of relevant experience
in contract management forLTA projects
In-depth knowledge ofLTA contract procedures and documentation
* No requirement for own vehicle
