Job Description
- Up to $14,000 Basic + Bonus + benefits!
- Permanent position
- Participating in the New Railway project at central area
- Having experience in Railway/ LTA projects is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading Contract/QS Team for the civil and infrastructure project.
- Draft and negotiate terms and conditions in Contract Agreements
- Well-versed and knowledgeable of construction contract terminology.
- Team support to the Project Director in Contract Management and Cost Control.
- Manage contractual matters relating to costs and delays with the client and the subcontractors.
- Review contracts and negotiate commercial terms & conditions.
- Negotiate with consultants and resolve contract issues.
- Negotiated with new suppliers/sub-contractors and dispute management.
- Preparation of progress reports, progress charts, and interim progress claims.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field
- Having experience in LTA/ Railway projects is mandatory.
