Contract Mobile Sales Officer

Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Build solid relationships with corporate customers (end users) and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Identify challenges that customers would encounter and recommend sound solutions to them through M1 business mobility service options such as IoT, 4G, BYoD business, etc.
  • Drive end to end sales process for higher efficiency and success such as meeting customers (end users), scoping the requirements, preparing sales proposals, negotiating terms of sales, closing the deal till the delivering of recommended services.
  • Attend to end users\xe2\x80\x99 daily enquiries such as handset pricing, billing and handset familiarisation
  • Take stock of the onsite Mobile handset inventory.
  • Collate monthly sales report and attend weekly sales meeting.
  • Communicate and work closely with M1 Indoor Sales Support, 4C & Customer Service Operations to enable sales activities
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service role
  • Confident in presenting to corporate customers with high-impact presentation skillset
  • Good negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under stress in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Willing to work in Upper Changi Road
