: You will be part of the Career Management Branch of Human Resource Department, which formulates and manages the overall career management and development framework for SCDF.
- To assist with the maintenance of personnel records in various databases and HR systems.
- To assist in the administration of skill allowances for Uniformed Officers.
- To assist with data migration and verification of new HR & Payroll System (HRPS).
- To provide support during Ranking & Performance Cycle.
- To assist with queries/requests from external agencies relating to career management.
- To provide admin and logistics support for HR events
- Ad-hoc duties
