Contract Order Management Analyst
Job Description
Requirements Diploma/ Degree in Logistics related studies with 2 years of supply chain experience in MNC Knowledge of SAP will be advantage Able to work independently and a team-player as well Good problem solving & analytical skills Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to changes Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Chinese speaking clientsResponsibilities Provide excellent service to customers Assist in export order to shipment management Orders accurately processed into SAP Follow through and collaborate with Plant and Freight Forwarders to ensure the order and shipment on time and export documents provided by our Freight forwarders on time Account receivable collections management Monitor payments from customers for shipments invoiced and prior shipments (incl letter of credit, etc.) Follow-up with customers to avoid overdue payments Service Supplier Payment management Validate billings Follow-up with suppliers to ensure payment disputes resolved timely for payment Generate daily / monthly reports for operations compliance and discipline
