Description
- Approving purchase requisitions for Singapore site
- Order confirmation and order expediting
- Manage intercompany purchases
- Resolve all procurement and payment issues with Finance and Vendor
- Submit new vendor setup, modification and re-activation request
- Monthly Procurement & Inventory Reporting
- Compliance to global policy
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vLookup, Pivot Table, Remove Duplicates)
