Contract Role - VIP Relations Executive at Clarion Events Asia (6 Jan - 8 May 2026)

Interested in B2B events and forming connections? We are looking for a self-motivated and personable VIP Relations Executive to join our HealthTechX Asia team and assist in making our event a success. As part of the team, you'll gain hands-on experience in facilitating connections between attendees and understanding the healthcare ecosystem. This is a good opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for securing high-level attendees for the event including workshops, private luncheons, roundtables and hosted buyer programme. Reach out to high-level attendees via marketing lists, inbounds, research and prospecting Coordinate and manage meetings between delegates before and during the event Be the main point of contact for VIP attendees who have meeting onsite Utilise the networking app to arrange meetings on behalf of attendees

Skills:

Experience in a similar function such as Delegate Acquisition, Guesting or Connections. Strong phone communication and persuasion skills Confident in interacting with C-level executives Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to conduct self-research for leads Great team player Organised and Methodical Tech-savvy Able to commit for from 6 Jan 2026 - 8 May 2026

Pay: $2,800.00 per month
