Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings on various portals and social media networks
- Candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and feedback management
- Identifying, engaging, and following up with prospective candidates
- Provide general HR advice in a timely manner across all facets of HR
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver lifecycle people events such as employee onboarding and exits.
- Produce relevant HR correspondence, such as local employment contracts and onboarding documentation to new hires, HR forms and letters.
- Facilitate exit procedures such as return of company assets and exit interviews.
- Assist and drive rollout of company benefits and provide any administrative support where required.
- Min. Diploma / Degree in any field
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
- No experience needed as training will be provided
