Business Functions

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic solutions for SG, five key markets (HK, China, Taiwan, India & Indonesia) and rest of world in both office and retail properties
• Maintain strategic partnership with Singapore CBG team by enforcing closer interactions with CBG COO team and better coordination among CRESA teams through the retail working-level meetings
• Collaborate with portfolio demand management and portfolio data analytics peers to maintain optimum lease and occupancy costs for the bank's global footprint
• Provide guidance and governance oversight to 5 other key markets (HK, China, Taiwan, India & Indonesia)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 10 years of experience in Strategic Leasing and/or Transaction Manaagement
• Possess outstanding analytical skills, with preferably some experience using Power BI/Tableau for analysis and reports
• Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic background, open collaborative environment and ability to work on multiple projects
• Self-motivated team player with high energy levels and great interpersonal skills to present and conduct workshops
• Good graphic and written communications skills, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Office & PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau
