Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers on the configuration of application to conduct 5G trial
- Collate results of the 5G trial and provide next step recommendation
- Support in the training to customer on the use of 5G to support new 5G features and capabilities
- Support Proof-Of-Concept 5G trial at customer premise
- Investigate and optimise technical issues related to IP-based network technologies and device interworking with network
- Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications Engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Telco radio engineering 4G & 5G
- Minimum 2 years experience in IP-based real-time multimedia communication technologies and protocols including VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC and Websockets
- Possess hands on engineering experience with IP based WAN, LANs, transport hardware and software
- Possess hands on engineering experience with radio measurement tool such as KeySight Nemo/TEMs/R&S
- Able to analyse RRC and core signalling trace to identify root cause of failure
