Service contracts tracking : . Assist Service Manager in generating service contract quotes. . Maintain service contract records in SAP, Oracle and Excel. . Activate Service Manager when service contract has expired. . Upload and organize contract documents in Sharepoint. . Follow up on customer queries on contracts. 2. Service Report and service billing tracking: . Key in Engineer's service reports into SAP, Oracle. . Generate and submit quotation and invoices based on service reports. Via email, AP Direct. . Track outstanding jobs and activate Engineers when purchase orders are received. . Generate monthly summary of Engineer's service reports. . Follow up on customer queries on quotations and invoices. 3. Machines tracking: . Maintain record of installed machines in SAP, Oracle and Excel. . Maintain PM schedule of installed machines.
