As the Embedded Applications Software Engineer of the R&D team for the Power & Sensor Systems group, you have high interest to conceptualize and implement software solutions that enables and elevates the embedded applications and solutions we develop. Your main responsibilities include embedded firmware programming and/or host-side software development. You have interest in embedded micro-controller based applications and open to enhance the way we work by digitalization or automation of projects.

Your main responsibilities include embedded firmware programming and/or host-side software development. You have interest in embedded micro-controller based applications and open to enhance the way we work by digitalization or automation of projects.

In your new role you will:

• Be a part of the Systems R&D team that delivers embedded reference solutions using Infineon semiconductors, microcontrollers and power devices
• Set up host and engineering bench and validation of system involving computer, PCB hardware/circuits and software
• Implement automation for solutions acceleration
• Enable ease of solution deployment to send applications such as the provision of PC-configuration UI

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University degree in Bachelor in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Engineering experience in industry, is advantage.
• Have an interest in embedded applications . Knowledge in power and/or motor control applications is big plus.
• Can program well in embedded C, Python, C++ is advantage.
• Understanding of electronics / electrical circuits
• Background in Microcontroller and peripherals such as Analog-Digital converter, pulse width modulators know-how preferred
• High interest to work in an R&D engineering environment
• Is a self-motivator, willing to learn on-the-job and develop into embedded application engineering.
• This is a one-year contract with the possibility for renewal of contract or conversion to a permanent position based on performance and suitable position
