Handle daily processing/data input of customer requests on a timely and accurate basis.
Process customer applications for all verified requests
Check and ensure all inputs are accurate via online system check /online system approval
Escalate exception cases to Team Lead/Line Manager promptly
Attend to enquiries on processing status of customer requests /any issues pertaining to the request handling
Observe and comply with documented policies /procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g. Banking Secrecy, Anti-Money Laundering etc)
Ensure customer applications are completed within agreed SLA
Achieve zero human error and operating losses
Achieve zero customer complaints / feedback
Fully conversant with process/ SLAs/ regulatory requirements
Perform any ad-hoc assignments given by the Line Supervisor/Team Lead/Head of Department.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
