Job Description
Job Responsibilities:Volunteer and Donor Management SystemProvide administrative support for the development of Volunteer and DonorManagement System (VDMS).Support the preparation of consolidated volunteer and donor database file(s) forVDMS implementation. This will be done via the following in adherence to data privacy regulations and the system's compatibility:Data reconciliation and cleaning of current volunteer and donor data; andData entry and management of new volunteer and donor data.Provide support in compiling and retrieving volunteer/donor data for reports.Engagement and Events Management
- Support events/engagement activities organised for corporate and community partners.
- Provide support for other SCE-related initiatives.
- Provide other administrative support for the team where applicable.
- 6 months contract
- Queensway
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
- up to $4200
- Degree or Diploma in Business / Marketing / Social Work & Community Development/ Mass Communications preferred.
- Experience in data management, events management, marketing communications and volunteer or donor management Excellent project management and written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Experience in data management and data analytics.
- Knowledge of WordPress would be advantageous.
