Job Description


\xe2\x80\x8bResponsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices and payments
  • Process staff expense claims and corporate card transactions
  • Handle tax requirements relating to payments
  • Handle billing and settlement of intercompany charges with subsidiaries and overseas branches
  • Review and reconcile temporary accounts
  • Prepare vendor spend and staff reimbursement reports
  • Handle monthly closing of Accounts Payable system
  • Attend to common mailbox and staff queries
  • Participate in implementing system functionalities and enhancements
  • Participate in developing and maintaining policies and procedures
  • Participate in project work including process improvement activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Period:
  • 6 months, subject to renewal
Location:
  • Raffles Place
Salary:
  • up to $3,000
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Requirement:
  • Minimum Diploma holder with relevant experience or Degree holder with related field of study
