s:This role will support the HR Shared Services (Employee Support & Advisory) team lead in providing quality HR services relating to the employee\xe2\x80\x99s life cycle and career. This includes preparation of letter of offer, on-boarding activities, employee declarations, pre and post employee screenings, benefits assignment, record management, and activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers. This role will act as a key driver in the delivery of service improvements and participate in the Digital Transformation initiatives involving HR Shared Services.This includes handling of staff movements within the bank as well as across subsidiaries, ensuring strict adherence to employment laws in its respective jurisdiction, handling of work visa including dependents and employee life cycle related matters.
