Requirement



Diploma in Logistics / Inventory Management / related studies with 3 years of relevant working experience Knowledge of SAP is advantage Relationship oriented and self-motivated Able to work independently and a team-player as well



Responsibilities



Act as liaison between Customer and Logistics Operations, and Quality Assurance teams Review requests and communicates approvals and disposition of returns Process the returns in Order Management system to generate the proper documentation as well as credits, where applicable. Review and report on over-all progress of the Annual returns program Other related tasks required to ensure proper adherence to the Annual Returns program Manages dedicated inventory for key business units Works with the other Material Planning teams, and Logistics Operations teams to ensure high inventory availability for the program
