Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, review, and manage

construction contracts and project documents

. Assist project managers in

project coordination and compliance monitoring

. Maintain accurate records of project progress, approvals, and regulatory documents. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations. Support procurement and tender processes by preparing required documentation. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and MOM regulations.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

2-5 years in contracts, project documentation, or administration, preferably in construction projects.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to coordinate multiple teams, proficient in Microsoft Office. *

Other:

Ability to handle confidential documents, good communication skills.
