Contracts Executive ($3000 $3800/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Determine, or help determine, insurance policies, and explain complex technical matters to company executives, project personnel, clients, etc,
- Review existing insurance policy to determine coverage, as well as review new insurance policies to ensure coverage
- Communicate with insurance brokers in matters pertaining to project insurance, performance bonds, claims, etc.
- Source and evaluate tenders for submission
- Collaborate with colleagues to prepare business/tender proposals
- Prepare reports summarizing operational results, financial performance, or accomplishments of specified objectives, goals, or plans
- Interpret government regulations and applicable codes to ensure compliance
- Monitor project life cycles and term contracts
- Diploma in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling insurance policies for the construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
