The Contracts Executive will manage the legal aspects of contract development, review, and execution within the organisation. This role ensures that all agreements comply with legal standards and align with company policies while mitigating risk. The Contracts Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and that legal support is provided to the business promptly.
Salary up to $5500 (subject to experience)

1 year contract (convertible or renewable subjected to performance and business directions)
The Talent:
Minimum Diploma level. Preferably Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Business, or a related field. A legal background or diploma in contract management is advantageous.
3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Good knowledge of contract law and experience with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred but not necessary
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Create, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, such as service, supply, confidentiality, and licensing agreements.
Ensure all contracts meet the company\'s legal and regulatory standards.
Offer guidance on contract terms and recommend strategies for risk reduction.
Manage and update the contract management system, ensuring proper storage, tracking, and timely renewal of contracts.
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation through execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and obligations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect necessary information and approvals for contract finalization.
Ensure contracts adhere to relevant legal standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
Identify potential risks within contracts and suggest measures to mitigate them.
Stay informed about applicable laws and regulations, especially those related to the pharmaceutical industry, including intellectual property, regulatory, and compliance issues.
Serve as a liaison between the Legal Department and other departments, such as Procurement, Sales, and R&D, to ensure smooth contract negotiations and execution.
Provide internal teams with advice on contract-related matters and assist them in understanding contractual obligations.
Continuously enhance contract management processes and templates for better efficiency and compliance.
Support the creation and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
