Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assessment and recommendation of construction contract awardings
- Assist Project Managers in relevant contractual and costing matters
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate procurement procedures
- Preparation of valuation pricing and agreement of contract variations
- Process claims and monitor project cash flow
- Verification of subcontractors’ / suppliers’ monthly progressive claims and obtain approval prior to preparation of payment certificates
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or any equivalent
- Min. 1 years of experience
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
