Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts fulfillment.
- Responsible for reviewing and drafting of contract terms and conditions.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Handling of L/C documentation and relevant documents
- Min Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant education qualification
- Min. 2 years' experience in similar capacity in trading house / shipping company
- Familiar with incoterms and contract law
