Job Description
$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Oversee tender administration, including, but not limited to: Sourcing and preparation of all information and documentation related to tender submissions, for participation in tender exercise
- Preparation of bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, and measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process
- Evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers according to tender requirements, and timely submission of quotations
- Oversee contract administration, including, but not limited to: Familiarise and fully understand the legal and commercial aspects of contract documents, and the scope of work for the project
- Handle contractual disputes
- Source, negotiate and procure trade packages including drafting of sub-contract document
- Administration of Extension of Time claim
- Provide monthly updates of project budgets
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or construction and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
