• Client: MNC in Mega building projects, LTA/MRT, Marine 0r Oil & GAS Projects
• Location: Town, Central
• Working hours: 5 days work week, 8 am - 6 pm
• Salary: $ 11K, Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 17 days annual leave ++

Requirements: * Degree in the Built Environment or related fields.

• Must be conversant and have in-depth knowledge of PSSCOC. Familiarity with SIA, REDAS, and NEC would be an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years\' relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration, and management.
• With at least 5 years of Singapore mega construction project experience
• A high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project.
• Provides contractual advisory and support from the commercial perspective to the project through all stages: construction, subcontracting, completion, and handover.
• Proactively engages in continuous improvement and review of existing processes, systems, and policies that may support the project's contract management and administration.
• Identify, assess, and manage/advise on contractual risk
• Manages contractual claims, disputes, settlements, and resolution
• Possesses interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, thinks strategically and critically, exercising judgment after consideration for all aspects.
• Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills.
