Scope of Works
Pre-Contract (Tendering Phase)
-Tender Strategy: Develop winning tender strategies, including pricing, risk allocation, and subcontractor selection.
-Bid Management: Lead the preparation of competitive bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
-Cost Estimation: Work with QS and planning teams to prepare accurate BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions.
-Risk Assessment: Identify commercial risks in tender documents and propose mitigation measures.
-Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, JV partners, and subcontractors during the tender stage.
-Contract Finalization: Draft and review contract terms before award, ensuring favorable conditions.
Post-Contract Administration
-Contract Compliance: Ensure adherence to FIDIC/PSSCOC/NEC contracts throughout project execution.
-Variations & Claims: Manage change orders, EOTs (Extensions of Time), and delay claims.
-Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting.
-Dispute Resolution: Handle contractual disputes, including mediation/arbitration if required.
-Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
Qualification Requirements
-Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, or Civil Engineering.
-8+ years experience in Singapore construction tendering & contracts.
-Proven success in managing tenders for projects > SGD 100M (residential/commercial preferred).
Skills & Expertise
-Expertise in FIDIC, PSSCOC, NEC contracts and Singapore SOP Act.
-Strong knowledge of tender pricing, risk analysis, and bid strategies.
-Proficient in CostX, Bluebeam, or similar QS/tendering software.
-Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
