About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support the activities of the Global LNG and Oil Trading teams based in Singapore. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing team at an exciting time in Woodside\'s growth story.

The position reports through to the Vice President, Global LNG Trading and is additionally supported by the broader Marketing and Trading function in Perth, Australia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage the negotiations, internal reviews, and execution of Confirmation Notices (post deal confirmation) across the Global LNG portfolio and ensure smooth handover to MT&S functions.
  • Manage negotiation, internal reviews, and execution of LNG master sales and purchase agreements between Woodside and trading counterparties.
  • Draft and manage negotiation, internal review and execution of contracts for sale and purchase of crude/LPG and other related agreements.
  • Manage KYC process and other onboarding requirements between Woodside and its counterparties.
  • Perform ad-hoc out-of-hours operations tasks where necessary for expediency to support trading decisions / opportunities.
  • Develop and implement fit-for-purpose processes to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Woodside\'s global trading business development initiatives and strategies.
Skills & Experience:
  • At least 5 years proven track record in LNG with a contract management or negotiation background and experience in LNG operations and shipping.
  • Degree in Law, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
  • You must be an excellent team player, well organized and have strong interpersonal, coordination and negotiation skills.
  • You must be already based in Singapore.
