What requirements you\'ll need to be eligible
- Possess analytical skills and able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Source for new qualified vendors to invite for tender and onboarding of vendors in Zycus platform, including updating of existing vendor information in Zycus, where required
- Preparation of contract document award to vendor
- Liaising with Operations department on requirements of variations and raise variation orders for approval and send variation letter to vendors
- Creation of Purchase Order and Change Orders in Yardi
- Perform any other ad hoc and admin duties as assigned
