Overview

Responsible for leading tendering, contracting and procurement functions across projects, ensuring effective governance, value creation and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end tendering and contracting for engineering, project, and advisory services. Pre-qualify contractors, consultants, and service providers for large infrastructure projects. Prepare and issue ITT and RFP documents; draft and negotiate contract terms in collaboration with legal and technical teams. Lead bid evaluations, clarification meetings, and commercial negotiations through to contract award. Oversee contract administration, including progress, cost, variations, claims, and performance management. Provide guidance on contract strategy, risk management, and compliance. Coordinate with leadership, legal, and project teams to align contracts with business objectives. Maintain accurate contract documentation and deliver regular reports on performance and key metrics.

Requirements

Experience in tendering and contract management within industrial, infrastructure or energy projects. (Petrochemicals, Marine, Refinery, Power etc) Strong understanding of EPC and consultancy contract structures, from tender through close-out. Proven skills in negotiation, cost management and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication, analytical and leadership abilities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a lean environment.
