Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Designing control panels for Building Management System
- Produce design documents for BMS
- Ensure Building Management System software or equipment aligns with safety and quality standards
- Maintaining existing Building Management System by fixing errors, running tests and updating software
- Preparation of Operation Maintenance Manual
- Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions.
- Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
- Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Construction / Industrial Engineering industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
