Roles & Responsibilities : Lead team of programmers, advise and guide them on the following. We also expect to have in-depth knowledge and expertise on below to execute on own as and when required. Create standardized PLC and SCADA Programs and SOP Design, test and troubleshooting of Automation system, Controls and Electrical systems, preferably with HVAC plants experience. Creates flow diagrams as per the control strategy brief, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required Prepare BOQ, Costing and Drawings Prepare system-level HVAC controls design specification for the new systems as per given control strategy Design Control system Architecture and Programming of PLC and SCADA Provide detailed information and submittals on PLC Specifications, Sensors and SCADA and System Architecture and Point list etc to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, field installation team and subcontractors Preparing Operating and Maintenance manual of PLC and SCADA operation Develop and test software programs necessary to operate the system per the intent of the project requirements Prepare SAT and FAT documents for Control System Assist in validation of complete system functionality Troubleshoot problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper control functionality Assist in performing site-specific training for owner operator on the control system Attend regular project meetings with project team when required Coordinate with project management for scheduling and system installation Manage Remote Control station and SCADA Requirement: Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Preferred with HVAC systems control knowledge on HVAC(ACMV) controls Building Management System control and programming knowledge will be an added advantage Minimum 6 years’ experience in PLC programming (Siemens TIA, Rockwell, Simatic Manager and Redundant system) In-depth knowledge with Wonderware Intouch, ArchestrA System Platform and Wincc Good knowledge in control engineering equipment instruments such as VSD, Flow meters, Power meters, temperature sensors, etc. Experiencing in executing the project with high safety and operational critical environment like FAB, Pharmaceutical etc. will be added advantage In-depth knowledge of control theory, sensors, drives, communication protocols like Modbus, Bacnet, LON, Profinet etc and building automation systems Competency in generating customized performance reports and dashboards Independent and self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Office Strong self-starter seeking growth in a fast-pace environment Work effectively and dedicatedly within multi-discipline project teams
