Job Description

Main Key Responsibilities



Tasks and responsibilities may vary and develop as the role and business progresses, thus the list in not to be considered exhaustive:


Responsible for gathering, analyzing and reporting key financial data to deliver high quality management reporting; Prepare various financial analysis used to support management reports; Ensure the accurate preparation of the budget and forecast, ensuring the information flows to the competent Company's units and to the headquarters. Manage the controls of the company in order to analyze possible deviations of the results compared to budget and previous years and promote in collaboration with other departments, the definition of programs and corrective actions to improve efficiency. Ensure proper management of the various phases of the process of buying and selling of products; prepare economic reports for business / products in support of sales and marketing activities, including the monitoring of trade in the short to medium term. In collaboration with the Sales Area will monitor the markup of purchases for resale and prepare the sales price for the customer. Prepare economic, financial, and commercial reporting to support company management. Prepare the relevant reports required by local Authorities and laws. Define the accounting structure in accordance with the local GAAP, IFRS and the guidelines of the Group, allocating and matching the Group Chart of Accounts to Singapore GAAP and other applicable GAAP for serviced company upon given guidelines. Liaise with auditors and provide the necessary information for the annual auditing process. Carry out the actions and verifications demanded in occasions of patrimonial operations and fiscal implementations; ensuring also the assessments, the inventories of the goods and the materials of the company also granting support for any serviced company upon given guidelines. Ensure proper alignment and consistency between local and company main Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, to keep constantly coherent data and chart of accounts between both systems. Support in setting up and managing the services the AFC department provides to other group companies. Task and responsibilities should be covered for all the companies of ENI Group that Versalis Pacific Provide services to. Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Head of AFC of the company and contribute to system implementation and process changes across the region. Support in preparing and analyzing management analysis and reports packages.

Qualifications and Experience



Ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve process/procedures Ability to challenge the current status-quo and take leadership to drive improvement Adaptable, willing to learn, high level of integrity and ownership with good communication skill Strong teamwork skills promoting a positive team-based environment Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related major 5+ years' experience of controlling Good understanding of taxation principles (both direct and indirect taxes) Good knowledge of Office suite Previous knowledge of SAP system Proficient in written/spoken Chinese and English Good client service skills Attention to details and accuracy Experience in Controlling and cost design principles for Industrial manufacturing will constitute a strong plus * Knowledge of segregation of duties related Singapore GAAP principles is a plus
